Refund policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for book purchases.


Returns for Physical Books

You have 10 days from the date you receive your physical book to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition, unread, unused, and free from damage, with any original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the book. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Books

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. Replacement or refund options will be provided where applicable.


Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital books or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded

  • Signed, personalized, or special edition books

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Sale or discounted items


Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. If you wish to receive a different book, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.


European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned physical books must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Digital books are excluded from this right once the download or access has begun.


Refunds

Once a returned book is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
