Damaged, Lost, or Missing Books
Responsibility is not assumed for books damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
